Description of the operation of the teacher’s AI assessment tool
At first, the teacher prepares tasks, which are textual or mathematical.

At the same time, you can prepare several tasks for future exams. When the tasks are done, the teacher defines the test and test settings, e.g. the minimum and maximum time of the exam and can use the copy-paste function.

After setting the exam, the teacher defines the assessment and grants inspection rights to his colleagues if he wishes. At this stage, a test link is also created, which is distributed to students or connected to the study platform.

Students receive a link and open the exam. Note that the test link can be activated with a timer, even if the students receive the link, it will be activated according to the timer.

When the answers are ready, the student, after the pre-check, provides identification information and sends the exam for evaluation.

The automatic evaluation is immediately available to the teacher and the teacher acknowledges the evaluations as complete or changes the evaluation if they wish. When the answers have been reviewed, they are transferred as a CSV file to the workstation’s Excel table. The table may have to be modified somewhat. In the table, the scores obtained from the student’s tasks are in their own rows and the teacher can submit the so-called row data for students.
