Implementation: The teacher drafts the exam questions, assembles the test, and defines the scoring criteria. Two types of assessment are available: fact-based assessment (performed by the AI) and qualitative assessment (allowing the teacher to evaluate depth of topic coverage, mastery of terminology, grammar, or other qualitative elements).

Once the exam is configured, the teacher sets the active timeframe for the automated grading window. The exam link is shared through the teacher’s preferred channel, allowing students to access and complete the tasks directly. Upon submission, students must provide a pre-agreed identifier to ensure the teacher can accurately match the assessment to the correct individual. If enabled, students can download their questions and responses for their own records.

The AI processes submissions task-by-task (e.g., reviewing all responses for Task 1 collectively, then Task 2, etc.). Results can be exported as a CSV file for Excel to facilitate distribution. Students may review their evaluations and responses as needed.
