EximiaTutor helps upper secondary school students achieve excellent course grades.

The best way to learn is to understand the theory, review it regularly, and complete the exercises thoughtfully.

Stay focused and aim to do your very best in your course exam. This is the most effective way to make the best use of your time and maximize your learning.

EximiaTutor has been designed by experienced teachers. By mastering the content included in EximiaTutor, you should be able to achieve mock exam or School assessments grade of 80% (or equals amount of scores).

Our grade guarantee requires you to complete at least 80% of the course, including studying the theory and completing the exercises. The exact number of exercises may vary between courses, but each course contains at least 50–60 exercises.

If you have completed your studies in accordance with the EximiaTutor Guarantee and score below 80% in the practice exams or your school’s course assessment, you may claim a refund equivalent to one month’s license fee.

To qualify, you must have met the requirements of the EximiaTutor Guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to free services.

EximiaTutor Grade 80% Guarantee – Terms and Conditions

To qualify for the EximiaTutor Grade 80% Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  1. You have successfully completed the Virtual Upper Secondary School course. If your mock exam, school assessment, course grade is, for any reason, lower than 80%, you must provide us with a brief explanation of the circumstances.

  2. The guarantee does not apply if the lower grade is due to factors unrelated to EximiaTutor, such as excessive absences, irregularities during the examination, academic misconduct (including the use of AI to generate exam answers), or any other external circumstances affecting the assessment.

  3. You must have completed at least 80% of the course exercises in the Virtual Upper Secondary School and achieved a score of at least 80% on each completed exercise. In addition, you must have studied at least 80% of the theory material by marking each theory section as completed before proceeding to the exercises.

  4. You must have completed the course exam and achieved a score of at least 80%.

  5. The guarantee is void if you did not take the school’s course examination or if you were otherwise unable to complete it.

  6. EximiaTutor is not responsible for unexpected external circumstances that may affect your performance, such as illness, travel, personal emergencies, or any other factors beyond our control while studying either in the Virtual Upper Secondary School or for your upper secondary school course.

  7. Students with documented learning difficulties or writing-related disabilities are typically entitled to additional examination time. If you were eligible for extended exam time but chose not to use it, and this resulted in a grade lower than 80%, the guarantee does not apply.

  8. If the guarantee conditions are met, the compensation is limited to a refund equal to one month’s subscription fee.

How to Apply for the Guarantee. Please provide the following information:

Part 1

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Subscriber’s Name
  • Subject (for which the refund is being requested)
  • Course (on which the refund request is based)
  • Name of the License Purchaser

Part 2

The claim process consists of two steps.

First, submit your claim by email to info@aicheq.com. After reviewing your initial request, we will ask you to provide the supporting documentation.

Please explain why you did not achieve a course grade of 80% or higher.

Include the following documents with your claim:

  • A photo or screenshot of your course exam results.

  • A photo or screenshot showing your final course grade (for example, from your school’s student information system).

  • If applicable, documentation of any diagnosed learning difficulty or writing-related disability that may have affected your performance.

EximiaTutor reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
